The short answers are below. For anything else, email support@cadenceadhd.com.
What is Cadence?
A study app built around how the ADHD brain actually learns. You drop in your notes or a lecture, and Cadence turns it into small, recall-first sessions with a visible timer and quick wins.
Is it free?
The core study tools are free to use. The AI features (auto-built lessons and the tutor) run on a Google Gemini key. You can add your own free key in Settings, and a low-cost plan is on the way.
Is this medical advice?
No. Cadence is a learning aid, not a diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. If you think you may have ADHD, talk to a qualified professional. The quiz reflects study habits, not a clinical screen.
How do I get the most out of it?
Start tiny. One five-minute round of recall beats an hour of re-reading. Guess before you read, say it back in your own words, and let the spaced reviews bring it back right before you'd forget.
Where does my data live?
Your study material and progress stay in your browser, not on our servers. There's no account required to use the basics. See our Privacy page for the details.
